By The Lake
We took a short road trip to McCall, Idaho this summer just because we could. I was able to take some great photos and we were able to have a great family day at the same time.
When we got to the little lake town of McCall, we wandered through the downtown shops and down by the marina. There was a small ice cream shop that had the biggest and best ice cream cones.
As a treat we bought one for our son and we sat on some benches by the docks. Being the type to always be different, he decided to sit down by the sandy area by the water.
I am lucky that my son is so curious and independent because it leads to many shots like these. Some think they are posed but I promise they are not.
